ON THE HOUSE Friendly reminders to our residents Lawn Care Season is back!!! Tenants are responsible for watering, controlling weeds, raking leaves, removing trash and debris, caring for trees and shrubs, and providing disposal of the same as needed throughout the lease term and weekly from May 1 to October 10 of each year. Seasonal cleanup in planting beds as well as regular general yard clean up including removal of small branches, blown in trash, and fallen leaves is the tenant`s responsibility. FPPS reserves the option to mow and water lawn at the tenant`s expense if the lawn exceeds four inches in length and/or is turning brown. So, put on some sunscreen and work on your tan while cleaning up your yards!!! DID YOU KNOW... With summer right around the corner and the temperatures rising into the 80 and 90 degree range, make sure that you keep hydrated. It takes a loss of only 1% of your body`s ideal water content to cause dehydration. Beverages containing alcohol and caffeine create an un-quenchable thirst in the body. So when you are out mowing your lawn, make sure to drink plenty of water. WHAT WAS FPPS THINKING??? Congratulations` to all of you that have graduated.
